MCA holds classes at Silver Springs Baptist Church 29820 Dobbin-Huffsmith Rd Magnolia, Tx 77354. Our class days are Monday and Thursday 8-3:30. We are currently offering pre-K through 9th with plans to expand to 12th grade with dual credit courses.
Step 1: Informational Meetings & Open Houses
Informational Meetings- Annual informational meetings scheduled February through April.

Step 2: Application
Applications are available upon request. The application fee for each child must be paid before the application will be processed.
Step 3: Interview and Assessment
Interview- MCA is a collaborative learning environment and parents and home environment play a critical role in each child’s academic success. We request the entire family be present for the admission interview.
Assessment- In order to determine the correct placement for your student, he or she will receive a combination of reading, writing and math assessments.
Step 4: Enrollment
After successful completion of Steps 1-3, MCA will register each child with FACTS. At this time, the enrollment fee will be due. Tuition and fees will be assessed at the beginning of the school year.
Tuition and Fee Breakdown

Tuition may be pre-paid (in full) for the year by 8/5/22, pre-paid per semester, (Fall by 8/5/22 and Spring by 1/5/23), or in eight (8) monthly installments from August – March. All payments are due by the 5th of each month. Payments not received by the 5th will be assessed a late fee of $25, which will be added to the family MCA account. Fall tuition (50% of the total annual tuition) must be paid in full by November 4, 2022. Spring tuition (the remaining amount of the total annual tuition) must be paid in full by March 3, 2023. Tuition payments are non-refundable.
|Application Fee||This fee is for new students in the application phase or students returning after an absence of two consecutive semesters. The application fee is due with the submission of the application and must be received before the family interview is scheduled.||$50 for the first student, $50 for each additional student, $100 maximum per family|
|Registration Fee||Registration fee is due with submission of Registration and Enrollment Packet and must be received to reserve student place for the coming school year.||All new and returning students, $250 for the first student, $250 for each additional student, $600 maximum per family|
|Supply Fee||Supply fee payment is divided into two payments, due at the start of each semester.||$300 per student|
